My name is Shannon Moyer and I am a second grade teacher in the state of Florida. I am currently teaching in my 5th year of second grade. I enjoy everything about teaching second graders. They truly make my day!
I work with a team of wonderful teachers who inspire me everyday. I love creating activities as well as coming up with new ways to teach our content. This blog is a way for me to share with all of you the ideas that I come up with to get my students loving learning (at least that is what I tell my husband who watches me spend hours creating new lessons).
These teachers inspire me everyday! I am so lucky to work with all of them.
I am married to my wonderful husband Mark Moyer who is super supportive in everything I do. We will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary on March 26, 2012! He lets me read (children’s) books out loud, have lamination scraps all over the floor, and use up all our color ink! He is definitely a keeper in my book! He also did an amazing job putting this blog together! Thanks my love!
Our wedding day was perfect. Our photographers (CSE) were just amazing.
I look forward to getting tons of inspiration from all of the fellow teachers out there in the blogging world.
